Over the next two years (or sooner), you pay that $150 back via the points that you earn by saving energy with OhmConnect. After your purchase, OhmConnect retains 80% of your future points until that $150 (equivalent to 15,000 points) is paid off. After that, you own your device free and clear!

This agreement means we need you to stay with us for a while. Hopefully you love what we do and enjoy making great energy decisions for the good of the electricity grid, so you’ll want to stay with us too. If you decide to leave our service prior to two years from your purchase date (for example, you move across the country and use a new utility that doesn’t support OhmConnect), we ask that you pay off any remaining balance you owe for your device. The balance will be the difference between the 15,000 points credited to you at time of purchase and the total points you’ve paid back to us since. You will be able to check your outstanding credit balance through your OhmConnect profile at any time.

• Shipping is free for all device purchases. All orders are shipped within 3 business days.
• Unopened items that are in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange.
